Delete Your The Pack Effect Account

Users of The Pack Effect can delete their account directly within the app using the account deletion option.

If you are unable to access the app or would prefer to request deletion through our website, you can request deletion by emailing:

Include the email address associated with your The Pack Effect account so we can identify the correct account.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete personal information associated with your account, including information stored for app use such as:

• account information;

• member profiles;

• pet profiles;

• session records;

• diagnostic and behavioural records;

• habit and portfolio information; and

• notes or journal information associated with your account.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

Processing your request

We may contact you to confirm your identity before processing a deletion request.

Once your request has been verified, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal information as soon as reasonably practical.
